Biology and Maths Olympiads
Biology and Maths Olympiads
The Biology and Maths Olympiads are prestigious competitions designed to challenge and inspire students with a passion for these subjects.

British Biology Olympiad (BBO): Organised by the Royal Society of Biology, this competition is open to students aged 16-18. It tests problem-solving skills and biological knowledge beyond the A Level curriculum, with top performers progressing to represent the UK in the International Biology Olympiad.

UK Mathematics Trust (UKMT) Maths Olympiad: This includes competitions such as the British Mathematical Olympiad (BMO) and the Intermediate & Senior Maths Challenges, designed to test mathematical reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills. High-achieving students may be invited to take part in international competitions, including the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO).
Both Olympiads offer students an opportunity to deepen their subject knowledge, gain recognition for their abilities, and strengthen university applications, especially for competitive STEM courses.
